Why American Mediation Association?
This particular organization is different and most special
because there are lawyers, forensic accountants, pension evaluators,
appraisers, psychologists, custody experts all available to assist, on an as
needed basis, in this full service mediation practice.
One mediator is assigned to your case, a professional with
years of experience. That mediator may work with co-mediators, who are needed
such as, accountants, appraisers or psychologists to resolve financial or
emotional concerns.
Each party is referred to their own "mediator friendly"
attorney to review drafts and agreements before the final Memorandum of
Understanding is signed. That way, parties have individual advice and lawyers
to assist with their individual needs.
With American Mediation Association, the parties remain in
control, understand, and can be heard, to resolve with knowledge,
expeditiously, stressful disputes at less expense emotionally and
financially. All mediation is confidential and nothing can be used from this
process without express written consent of all parties. This way total full
disclosure is encouraged.
For your convenience, we will make arrangements with you to be available evenings and weekends with advanced notice.
